Birch Plywood - A hard plywood that is often used for structural and decorative purposes, it is very hard wearing with a noticable grain pattern and edge. Our BB/B grade board is suitable for furniture manufacture with a low number of knotts or imperfections to the BB surface, the B surface may have a few imperfections.
To keep the Birch Plywood clean and protected we would recomend that the panels are treated with a clear lacquer (or stained / tinted as required) - please enquire about our spray finishing service.
Spruce Plywood - A soft plywood that is much cheaper in price, it has more imperfections than the birch ply but this can add to its character. To avoid it becoming dirty we would recommend that it is lacquered.
Other plywoods are available on request, these include Marin Ply, Hardwood Ply and Poplar Ply amongst others - just send us an enquiry to fins our availability, lead times and prices.
